All tutors are selected very seriously and strictly. Our recruitment process is through and includes an interview, a practical test for applicants with formal qualifications, and reference checking. The key criteria we look for are:

• Formal teaching qualifications, at least graduate from Diploma in Music, Bachelor of Music, Up to Master of Music with demonstrated experience in a teaching environment.
• Ability to set appropriate expectations & goals for students.
• Ability to create an engaging and exciting learning environment.
• Commitment to the art of music both practice and theory.
• Genuine passion for music and strong desire to teach others.
